By accessing or using Cloud Storage you agree to these Terms of Service, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service is operated by the provider identified in our Impressum.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to create an account. If you are younger, please use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Cloud Storage provides cloud-based file storage, import, in-browser streaming, and file sharing. Storage is unlimited for every account. Files are encrypted at rest using server-side encryption (not end-to-end); see the Security page for what this does and does not protect against.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may export your data or delete your account at any time from your account settings.
You are responsible for all content you upload, store, share, or download, and you agree not to use the service for anything prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy, including illegal content, infringement, malware, and abuse of the credits or referral systems.
You retain full ownership of the files you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, process, and deliver your files to you and to people you choose to share them with.
Storage is unlimited for every account. Specific actions consume credits, which you earn by viewing ads (only if you enable advertising cookies), claiming the daily login bonus, or referring new users, or which premium subscribers receive without limit.
Ad viewing. Credits are awarded only for genuine ad impressions. Automating ad views, using headless browsers, bots, click farms, or any tool that simulates user attention forfeits all credits earned by that account and may result in termination. Per-claim cooldowns and daily caps are enforced server-side; attempts to bypass them violate these terms.
Referrals. Each new account may be credited to at most one referrer, set at signup. Self-referrals, sock-puppet accounts, accounts created from the same device or network to claim a referrer bonus, or other coordinated abuse forfeit both bonuses and may result in suspension. We may reverse referral credits at any time if abuse is detected.
Daily login bonus. Limited to one claim per account per 24 hours. Multi-accounting to claim it on several accounts forfeits the bonus credits and may result in suspension.
Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Credit balances and subscription benefits are non-refundable except as required by law and may be revoked for accounts in violation of these terms.
If you purchase a premium plan, the price and billing interval are shown at checkout. Consumers in the EU/EEA have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving reasons. However, for digital content and digital services supplied immediately, you expressly request that performance begins during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, or to the extent it has been performed, in accordance with Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us through the Impressum. Billing and tax records are retained as required by law.
Cloud Storage responds to valid DMCA takedown notices and counter-notifications as described on the DMCA policy page. Accounts that accumulate multiple valid takedown notices may be suspended or terminated under our repeat-infringer policy.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Keep your own backups of important files.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, and will, where appropriate and lawful, explain the reason and any appeal route. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life or body, or mandatory consumer-protection and product-liability rules. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
The European Commission provides an ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date and, where required, notified to you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
