Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 24 June 2026. This policy is part of, and supplements, our Terms of Service.

You are responsible for everything you upload, store, share, or download through Cloud Storage. The rules below keep the service safe and lawful for everyone.

1. Prohibited content

You must not upload, store, share, or link to:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors. We have zero tolerance, remove it immediately, preserve evidence, and report to the relevant authorities.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights without authorization.
  • Malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing kits, or content designed to harm devices or steal credentials.
  • Content that incites violence or terrorism, promotes hate against protected groups, or facilitates serious crime.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or content that violates another person's privacy.
  • Any content that is illegal in the jurisdictions where the service operates or where you are located.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Bypassing security, rate limits, or access controls, or probing the service without authorization.
  • Automated abuse of credits, advertisements, referrals, or the daily bonus, including bots, click farms, multi-accounting, or simulated attention. See the credits rules in our Terms.
  • Using the service to send spam or to distribute unlawful or deceptive material.
  • Disproportionate load that degrades the service for others, or reselling the service without permission.
  • Impersonation, or using another person's account or identity without consent.

3. Public sharing

Only files you place in your Shareable Folder become publicly reachable. You are responsible for ensuring anything you make public complies with this policy and applicable law.

4. Enforcement

We may remove or disable content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Accounts that accumulate valid copyright takedowns are handled under our repeat-infringer policy on the DMCA page. Where appropriate and lawful, we will tell you why an action was taken and how to appeal.

5. Reporting abuse

To report content that violates this policy, contact us through the details in our Impressum. For copyright specifically, use the DMCA takedown process.
